I know how tempting it can be to indulge in a nice hot shower, but did you know the excess heat can be damaging to your hair? Encouraging dryness and dandruff. The perfect hair washing temperature is a little warmer than body temperature, around 38C (100F). Warm water helps to simulate blood flow and reduce excess oil. Washing your hair in cold water can be beneficial too – tightening pores and reducing hair fall. Yay for healthy hair! 🙌
