Do you ever wake up, go to wash your face and wonder who the heck that ____ [lady / gal] is staring back at you in the mirror? I'm talking about the morning puffiness that so many of us suffer from (I certainly do!). But don’t stress, lovely people, I have a few tips to help you depuff your gorgeous face ASAP. TIP 1 💧 – Hydrate! Dehydration is the primary culprit for causing puffiness in the face, so drink up! TIP 2 ❄ – Cold water and ice combat swelling, so to up the anti, splash your face with cold water in the morning, and massage with ice cubes. TIP 3 😌 – A face roller is the best way to depuff your face fast. Keep it in the fridge overnight so it’s nice and cool, and gently roll over your face. The massaging feels incredible and helps with the depuffing process. Hope this helps lovelies xx

Fair skin tones - try soft pink, light corals and peach tones. Medium skin tones - try rich pinks, warm mauves and deep peach tones. Let’s chat proper beauty ___ [sponge / blender] care for a moment. The humble lil beauty sponge has become a go-to for so many people, but there’s a few things to know to keep it clean and lasting as long as possible! 🧼 Wash it with soap or cleanser ideally every day (we’ll accept once a week – but no longer than that!). 🌞 Air dry your sponge after cleaning and make sure it gets plenty of circulation to prevent mould growing (ewww!). 💓 Replace it every 1-2 months depending on how often you use it.
